PPF Account Opening [Step by Step] - DOP Finacle Guide

Ø  Invoke the menu option CPPFAO to open a PPF account.

Ø  Function Code : Open  --- CIF ID :_______  ---  Scheme Code : PPF  ---  Click Go

Ø  In Account opening screen provide all the details mentioned below

1. ECS Enabled : Y-Yes or N-No

2. Mode of Operation : 012 [Self]

3. Account Document Received : Y-Yes

4. Number of documents received : 1

5. Document Code : 016 [Account Opening Form]

6. Document Date :

7. Scan Details : Y – Scan Required

8. Document status : S – Sent to CPC

9. Nomination : Yes

10. Nominee Name :

11. Relationship :

12. Address :

13. Postal Code :

14. Nominee Pct. :

Ø  Click Submit

Ø  The PPF account is opened successfully. Write down the account number on AOF

Ø  Supervisor needs to verify the account invoking the menu option CPPFAV

Ø  Funding the PPF account and for all future deposit by invoking the menu option CPDTM. Tran ID has to be noted in the voucher and supervisor has to verify from the same menu using verify option.
